Then Take the Next...

Fill out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

Send the results to Concordia University, Portland (School Code 003191). Once submitted and processed, a Student Aid Report (SAR) will be sent to you. This will include your Expected Family Contribution (EFC) — an amount the government expects that you and your family can reasonably contribute toward your education. Concordia uses this figure to determine financial aid eligibility.

Also, don’t overlook the support your school system offers. Many districts and states offer financial and other support for teachers who go back to school. Simply talk to your school and district leaders and find out!
